CowanPerry’s ERISA and employee benefits team provides comprehensive employee benefits and executive compensation counsel to employers of all sizes and complexity. We regularly represent clients in all aspects of implementing and maintaining pension and defined contribution plans, nonqualified plans, welfare benefit plans and executive compensation programs. We also regularly counsel plans on compliance and fiduciary issues and represent plan sponsors on matters before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Department of Labor (DOL).
