The firm’s members have handled dozens of rezonings and special use permits for clients, complicated commercial real estate projects, cellular communications towers, and residential subdivisions. The firm has extensive experience in assisting companies relocating to and/or establishing manufacturing operations in Virginia in negotiating the financial incentives, performance agreements, and other aspects of establishing their operations in Virginia.
