In light of the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, many firm clients have questions about the myriad of employment laws and decisions implicated by these unprecedented circumstances.  CowanPerry PC wants you to know that our attorneys and staff remain available to assist you with your legal needs, including those related to COVID-19.  Please feel free to reach out to us regarding updating your policies and safety practices to meet the needs of your customers and employees, as well as your legal obligations. 

Our firm utilizes cloud-based case and document management systems with secure remote access that allows all firm employees to remain responsive to your needs during these difficult times; and that allows our employees to practice social distancing, tele-work, and self-quarantine measures should that be necessary, without impact to meeting your legal needs in a timely and efficient manner.  We will continue to meet with our clients utilizing video-conferencing, phone calls, and in-person when necessary (with appropriate safety and health precautions as recommended by governmental agencies and scientific authorities).
