In light of the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, many firm clients have questions about the myriad of employment laws and decisions implicated by these unprecedented circumstances. - Similarly, the Department of Labor has posted guidance for addressing workplace concerns: https://www.dol.gov/coronavirus.
